  • We recommend couples book us early and after securing a venue and date. A timeline of nine months to a year is great. Booking six to nine months in advance is strongly encouraged, especially for peak season weddings from March to November. And depending on availability, we can book an event in as little as six to eight weeks.

  • To reserve our availability, we require a 30% retainer and a signed agreement. This will come after a consultation and a quote is sent out. We like to make sure everything looks perfect on the quote before completing the booking process.

  • The average couple spends $3,500 with us. This typically includes ceremony decor or arbor florals, centerpieces, sweetheart table or head table decor, and all the personal flowers for the wedding party.

  • Monica and at least one assistant will be on site delivering and setting up your decor. For larger events, we’ve had 7-9 assistants help with set up. A CB Floral team member, or two, will return at the end of the event and collect the rented items. We include our labor in our pricing. We don’t add that on as a separate line item. And delivery is free for the Tulsa-metro area. (Loading fees may apply to venues with trickier loading spaces.)

  • Depending on the size and location of the events, we book 1-2 events per weekend. We are very careful to not take on more than we can handle to ensure we can execute our events to the best of our ability.

  • Arbor florals, flower meadows, some centerpieces, and larger installations typically include the mix of faux and fresh florals. Bud vases, candle trios, and personal flowers are designed with all fresh flowers.

With a passion for both innovation and tradition, Monica brings a lifetime of love for flowers to CB Floral Design as the owner and lead designer. Her journey began in childhood, gathering wildflowers on her grandparents' land, and she later refined her skills working in floral shops throughout college. Now, with nearly 15 years of professional experience, she leads CB Floral Design with dedication, creativity, and a deep appreciation for meaningful details. Austin serves as the co-owner and right hand man.
